Our History

Founded in 2004 in Okhla, New Delhi, Lotus Digital Systems is a flagship brand of Lotus UV Printer, a leading name in India’s competitive inkjet printer manufacturing industry. The foundation of the company was laid under the visionary leadership of Late Mr. Subhash Sirpaul, who, together with industry experts Amit Sirpaul and Akshay Jairath, established one of India’s first large-format inkjet manufacturing enterprises.

In 2006, the company expanded globally by setting up its first fully owned manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China—becoming one of the first Indian companies in the sector to establish operations there. Strengthening its domestic presence, the company began its India manufacturing operations in 2012 with a state-of-the-art plant in Surajpur, Greater Noida. Since then, it has grown rapidly, building a strong distribution and service network that now spans 23 states and 8 Union Territories across India.
